"There and Back Again" |

"There and Back Again" celebrates our return to the Pacific Northwest. In 1990 our J44 Imagine was originally commissioned in Seattle as Jobe. In 2004, we purchased Imagine in California and shipped her to Annapolis, MD. In 2006, we and our sailboat Imagine returned to the Pacific Northwest. We created "There and Back Again" using Puget Sound Chart 18440 ( Imagine's current home waters), Chesapeake Bay Chart 12263 (Imagine's former home waters) and a map of the United States (Imagine traveled by truck across the U.S.). The charts and map were combined to form a background "chart". We transferred photos of our J44 Imagine anchored on the Chesapeake Bay and of the Olympic Mountains onto this "chart". |
